At Selvessa Labs, we stand behind our products. Your first order is protected by our 60-Day "Fresh Eyes or It's Free" Guarantee.

If you're not completely satisfied with your first order for any reason, contact us within 60 days of your order date and send your bottles back to us. Bottles can be empty, partially used, or unopened. Once we receive your return, we'll refund the full purchase price of your first order, no questions asked.

This guarantee applies to your first order only. Later orders are not covered.

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] within 60 days of your order date with:

1. Your order number
2. The email address used to place the order
3. A brief note letting us know you'd like a return. 

Then ship your bottles back to the address below and email us the tracking number or other proof of return shipment.

Refunds are issued by check or to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, once we receive your proof of return shipment.
 Please allow:
- 3-5 business days for us to process the refund after we receive your proof of return shipment
- 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement, or check to arrive by mail. This varies depending on your bank or card issuer

Your bottles must be returned to receive a refund. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Send your bottles to the return address above and email us the tracking number or other proof of shipment. Bottles can be empty, partially used, or unopened.

- Refund requests made more than 60 days after your order date
- Any order after your first order
- Refund requests without proof of return shipment
- Orders flagged as fraudulent or in violation of our Terms of Service
- Chargebacks initiated through your bank or card issuer without first contacting us (we ask that you reach out to us directly so we can resolve your concern)

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 14 days of delivery at [email protected] and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
